"Front desk was one of the most frustrating interactions ever. First she couldn’t find our reservation and was giving us all sorts of attitude and speaking in a very rude manner. Even when we finally helped her find our reservation when she turned to show us her screen, she kept arguing. Absolutely the most unprofessional interaction ever!"

"As usual we got a room with a beautiful view, the room itself was well equipped with a full kitchen. However, the fireplace didn't work and although the staff responded right away with new batteries for the fireplace remote that didn't fix the problem. They were sympathetic and took 10% off of the cost of the room, but I'd have much rather have had a working fireplace.
