"Am Nachmittag des Ankunftstags, versuchte ich anzurufen, um Bescheid zu sagen, dass wir spät ankommen. Leider war niemand erreichbar. Dann habe ich im Internet herausgefunden, dass das Hotel zu war. Weder vom Hotel noch von Expedia wurde ich informiert und ich habe 2 Stunden am Telefon gebraucht, bevor ich eine Antwort von Expedia bekam. Dann habe ich selber ein Ersatzhotel gesucht!! "I don't think you could find a warmer welcome, from the minute we arrived to heading off the staff at The Cresselly looked after us. We enjoyed a generous dinner and a fantastic breakfast, with high quality ingredients. With free parking right opposite and next to the lovely river walks, it is a brilliant place to stay.
