"This was not our first pick for our trip, however we were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed this hotel. The room was lovely and we had a balcony with amazing views. A few things to note - there is no front desk so everything happened via text/web. Which worked well for us. You also have a big set of narrow stairs to climb to get to the rooms, so pack with that in mind. "Comfortable stay in this historic hotel. Friendly greeting upon arrival & we were shown around the ground floor - lounge, breakfast room, parking etc. Room was clean and spacious. Freshly cooked breakfast in the morning was delicious and more than adequate for the day ahead. We were aware there is no lift, so packed a small overnight bag accordingly. "

"This was a spectacular property! Miles off the main road on a dirt road. We ended up with an entire house to ourselves . Gorgeous , comfortable and the views stunning! Carolyn our host was amazing and very observant to the needs of her guests. We went to the main house for a home cooked delicious breakfast each morning . Carolyn kept in contact with anything we might need. She also found my husband's wedding ring inadvertently left at the bedside after we left and contacted us right away....
