"We stayed in mid-November, after much of the town has closed up for the season. The front desk provided us with a list of restuarants that were still open, which was helpful. The Oasis lounge was still open and where we ate our first night, everything was delicious. We were upgraded to an ocean view room and enjoyed watching the snow flurries blow in over the water. Beautiful property with great views! We really enjoyed the quiet!"

"Wonderful stay! Especially the Great Room with Bill Trowell on the piano and Neil the bartender. Breakfast at the Looking Glass restaurant (not free) was excellent. All the staff were so nice and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!"

"Had a great stay! Considering the price around thebarea, QAR seem like a steal! Situated at the far end of downtown but a 15-20 minute walk isn't so bad. Room is clean and have enough space (chair needs to be replaced though). Breakfast is decent thoigh would be nice to have hot meals in the future Parking. It's free and during peak season could be a challenge but not impossible to navigate to. It's not as small as other have reviewed. Probably avoid bringing a full-sized SUV or big...

"Afternoon tea and breakfast offerings were always-changing and unique. We enjoyed the privacy of our cottage room, but the community of the house and dining. Cottage Inn staff was all friendly and helpful! The proximity to everything was very convenient. The water pressure was incredible as well."

"Loved this unique experience! It did get cold towards the end of our stay, but that's because it was October and we got caught in the rain on a hike. They had tons of blankets and two heaters that helped a lot. If a dryer was available for wet clothes, that would've been outstanding. Also, our hiking guide/bartender, Jeremy, was amazing!! Had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again."

"Room was comfy with snacks and lovely linens . The sauna was a nice extra when the weather was pretty chilly and windy out in town all day . Even though we had breakfast off site , we ended up really liking how it got us up and out into town and we liked the little drive as the fall colors were spectacular "

"This place is an absolute stunner. On every level. Cheryl is a helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming host. The room was clean and soooo comfortable. Convenient to walk close by to whatever you need and want to see and do. And let's talk about the breakfast. Not only does it set you for the day, body, mind and spirit. Ridiculously delicious!! Shooting to return next year. "
