"The matress and all of the five pillows in our 4-Poster-Bed - King Suite with jetted tub (Room 500) was totally worn out. Had strong back pain next morning and a really bad sleep. If I pay about 200 Eur / 320 CAD per night without breakfast, I expect better qulity. Never again!"

"The room was quite expensive for what we got. There was no A/C in the main room and the second room the a/c was on full blast and barely made a difference. The windows could not be left safely open as you sleep as there was no inner privacy cover that let air in and no bars on the window to prevent someone easily coming in from the screen. Breakfast was hostel style in a shared kitchen with food left out that definitely was not food safe. I would expect more of an accommodation on Expedia. They...

The Chromecast was really great so we could watch shows without needing to log in to all the accounts. They include towels on loan for the hot springs. I liked having our own table and chairs outside."
