"The property is well-kept and maintained. Daily cleaning service was good and very serviceable. The complex is a bit load as the villas are right next to each other, so there's a lack of privacy at times. Overall, we had a great time and it was a good place for vacationing. "

"Terrible experiencia, llegamos y el encargado andaba tomando y no nos podían abrir , el policía quejándose del encargado, la habitación sucia,deteriorada , sin tv , sin internet, el único mueble para guardar ropa se le caían las puertas , el baño sin siquiera una cortina , la piscina sin funcionar , las ventanas sin cortina ,no se podía dormir , realmente una total estafa , habíamos apartado para dos noche porque las fotos no se veían mal y salimos corriendo a la mañana siguiente . "Magnifique Villa, cuisine complète avec vue sur la grande glissade d'eau, air climatisé efficace donc parfait pour famille. La villa et les piscines sont très propre et majestueuses. Le service de l'accueil est mauvais car très long avant de trouver notre villa qui était déjà payée en même temps que la réservation depuis très longtemps. Nous avons demandé une nuit supplémentaire avec insistance mais impossible de rejoindre le propriétaire selon l'accueil. Je recommande vivement Villa Los Cabos...
