"The staff and rooftop bar were great, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The property felt outdated and in need of significant updates. The biggest issue was finding bugs in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. While the service and location was great, the condition of the hotel did not meet expectations and would make me hesitant to stay here again."

"We stayed 2 nights prior to flying out after a family wedding. I gave the overall rating a 5 star because the location was great. We were traveling with our 8 & 12 yr olds and the area felt safe and was central to all the historical sites we wished to visit. We also walked the 30 minutes to the 9th St Italian Market. "The hotel room is a little dated but the staff was really nice. I’m not sure of it was a happy hour going on near the lobby but the music was extremely loud. Prices at the Bistro is ridiculous! The hotel is clean and in a good location."

"The room was a bare-bones room. No plastic laundry bags. Front desk advised they do not provide those. Those are pretty standard everywhere else I have stayed. Buffet was pricey, did not go. The door stuck so horribly we practically had to kick the door in to open it. I texted these 2x with no response."
