We had a 7th floor room with a balcony with a view of Logan square. It was wonderful. The rooms were clean and updated. The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, right by the museums but with easy access to the rest of the city. Walkable from city hall.

It's a high end hotel with high end parameters do just be aware. We weren't allowed to use the luggage cart ourselves for example. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We just tend to like doing things for ourselves.

We stayed in an Executive King. It was spacious and met the needs of our family. The hotel location was perfect. We could walk to any location in city center. We enjoyed the spacious comfortable lobby. It was great to unwind in the evening with family as an extension of our room. We had a great stay and loved the hotel and amenities. The only minor issue we had was that the sofa bed was not set up for our son and when we opened it up the mattress was not clean or comfortable. We then requested additional pillows so he could sleep in our bed and after calling down 3 times and it getting near midnight I had to walk down to reception to request.
