"Staying a week for work and the reason I chose this hotel was because of Gym and Aircon in the room. Needless to say, neither was present. I was told that the Aircon was “Manual” and that they would send a technician. Of course they never did during the entire week. Next week I will stay at a different hotel."

"Not very impressed, the reason for booking was so we could relax and and have spa and massage treatments. And they said that the person doesn't work the month of August, isn't that busy season.why would I go halfway up a mountain to stay with nothing to do and don't help you with anything.very disappointed."

Ci si sente coccolati in tutto, con tante piccole e grandi attenzioni che rendono il soggiorno super piacevole, dimenticando per qualche giorno lo stress della citta'. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben curati, il tutto e' immerso nel verde con una piscina stupenda... ed il ristorante offre una cucina ottima. 10 e lode... e a presto :-)"

"I arrived late 11.30pm on arrival I was extremely well looked after by the staff and shown to the most amazing room for the price. At breakfast the next morning the great service continued I would recommend this little gem of a hotel to anyone"
