"We had multiple issues during our stay that significantly impacted our experience. Upon arrival, the provided lockbox code did not work. After about 15 minutes of trying to access the room, we called support and were given a different code that worked. Inside the room, we found required paperwork that threatened fines if not completed, but no pen was provided. We had to leave the property to purchase one. The Wi-Fi was essentially unusable throughout our stay, making even basic use...

"Cathy was very helpful. One piece of advice is that you have to arrive at the property early enough so that you can get the code to access the property. I arrived at that property at 10:05 pm, I was locked out. I had to pay the full day use for nothing."
