"Loved this property the area,close to restaurants shops bars,easy 10 minutes walk to st Marks square. Easy jetty drop off and pick up 100m from hotel. It exceeded our expectations and would definitely stay again. Also we were treat very well at the bar with complimentary crisps and pastries. Very friendly staff."

No, not on the canal, but through a back garden, overlooking residential living(tourist interest), in a room made for a nobleperson! Damask printed fabric wallpaper, gold trimmed restroom including bidet, ornate head and footboard with matching armoire, blown glass chandelier. It was very beautiful, peaceful, decadant. "This was an amazing hotel!! Bryan checked us in and gave us a lot of helpful information and answered our many questions. Irmar took our bags up to our room and later ran out to help us carry them up the steps and over the bridge (when we were leaving). "The hotel was good. I did not expect much from 3star hotel. The hotel is exactly what you would expect from 3 star. However, there were quite a bit of bugs(this includes mosquitoes). There is coin laundry beside the hotel which seems convenient."
