"The hotel needs renovations and updates for sure! This used to be one of my top 3 properties to stay in the Rockford area, but it has declined significantly. The bath/shower was significantly damaged and the water was not consistently hot. The refrigerator was not staying cold, the microwave is outdated. The entire property needs an upgrade. "

"We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly."

"When booking this room I had specifically asked if there was a hot tub and they had said yes but there is not one. Also had asked if they do rides to the casino also said yes but they don’t. Waited in line for a long time on checking into hotel, need more then one person during “peak hours” otherwise it was good. "
