"This hotel was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Very slow getting checked in and out, had to call front desk twice for an extra pillow and was 45mins before they showed up. Tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked up in places and the door knob was hanging off. Room had a strange smell, drink vending machine was broke and room had no fridge. Bathroom was dirty, for 255 a night and having to wait 5-7 business days before getting my $100 deposit back, I felt like I've been ripped off."
"Nicely appointed rooms, wonderful bedding annd a comfortable rocker/recliner in our room. There wasn’t a. fridge in the room, but there is a full fridge for guest in the downstairs lounge (also a range and microwave). Gazebo in the front overlooking the water where you can bring your own drinks. Reception staff was very helpful and accommodating. The Aviation museum provides info about early trans-Atlantic travel. It’s not too far off the TC1."
"The outside of the building is underwhelming but we were pleasantly surprised at our spa-like hotel room. The room was so clean and comfortable it looked like it came out of a big, luxury hotel. We had an issue understanding how to get the TV working . There was a man in the store when my husband was talking to the staff. The man touched base with the owner who sent the staff members to our room and stayed on the phone with her until we got the TV set irking. We only had one night there but...
"The bright lights in the hall outside our room, everytime i had to go use the bathroom, the door to the hall was right across my bedroom and the bright lights from the hall woke my partner up everytime. That was my only issue to be honest. The stay was beautiful and quiet and it was just a very nice stay. Would recommend to everyone, but the next time we stay we are going to shoot for the Maple Room, it looked amazing lol Thank you for a very nice Anniversary stay and stay away from a very busy...
