"I don’t usually write hotel reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one because we absolutely loved this hotel. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, including many high-end properties, and honestly, this hotel was nicer than many of them.
The hotel was beautiful and very spacious, looked brand new, and had a lovely balcony. It’s located in a quiet, charming town not far from Hallstatt. It combines modern finishes with large, apartment-style rooms, kitchen facilities, and nice workout equipment....
"I will begin by saying the room was clean. Other than that, this was a very poor experience. The hotel entirely unmanned. I checked myself in and was allocated room 101 which had a vending machine outside the door, the noise of the refrigerator unit was audible inside our bedroom. This competed with the sound of traffic from the main road the hotel is built directly on. Combined with these two irritants was the bathroom light which is motion sensor controlled. This shone through the glass door...
"Room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was okay. Beds are okay but the pillows are awful, completely flat as many others have mentioned. Parking was easy and lots of space."
"Very bad option — away from Hallstatt, in the middle of nowhere, very bad food options, and place stinks. Tehy promised a large room with 3 beds, and ended up giving us a tiny room with bunk bed. That was for €200+ for a trash place like this."
"This stay was amazing. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the amenities for the lake were awesome, and the room was very spacious as well.
We unfortunately had a small gripe with how hot it was when we went. We found out later that if I had requested a fan I could’ve gotten one. The laundry machine is one tiny one for the whole building you have to pay to use in euro coins.
Everything is about a 5-10 minute walk into the town. The bikes were awesome to use!

"We stayed one night to visit Halstatt. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. Delicious breakfast. We had a car and the free parking was a two minute walk. There’s a pizzeria next door for dining options. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a great bonus. Thank you"
"Very friendly staff. No air conditioning and lots of flies due to the cow farm next door. Beautiful views though and clean hotel. No pool nearby like the photo shows and make sure you check out because they won’t just charge your card on Expedia."
