Die Unterkunft ist abseits vom Ort Bad Ischl und in Ruhelage. Mein Zimmer hatte die Nr.2 und man blickt im Garten und sieht den Ort. Die Betreuung war freundlich und unkompliziert.Einziges Manko war das sehr kleine Bett.

Did NOT stay at the property! It is totally unacceptable! totally NOT as shown on the website! this is NOT a hotel!!! No signage, dangerous access for cars as well as for people - major holes in the ground. smelly rooms, no windows, not even a reception, no services at all! After a 10-minute inspection we left and called Expedia (at 19:32 European time). Explained our complaint and requested an immediate full refund. Then was transferred to another of your specialists, explained again our situation and after 39 minutes of a long-distance telephone call I was informed someone was going to call me back within one hour! until now, i.e. 4 days later, I have NOT heard back from Expedia on this matter. please issue full refund for this event at your immediate convenience!!! thank you in advance, Frank Farsky
