"We had a good stay overall. The place was nice. However, we were disappointed by the security deposit, as this additional fee was not clearly disclosed on the site. We only found out about it afterward when we check-in, which was unexpected and inconvenient, especially since we were traveling cashless and relying only on cards and online payments. It would be better if the security deposit (in cash) were clearly stated in the listing beforehand so guests can be properly informed and prepared."

"Otroligt fin utsikt från poolen, bra pool, rent rum. Bra dusch. Enda jag tyckte inte va lika bra var maten på buffén, ofta torr, kall eller inte massor med alternativ eller slut om man går dit efter 2 h efter frukost buffén ska va ingång fortfarande. Underbar personal-professionella och artiga samt hjälpsamma. Vi som familj på tre vuxna tog ofta room servis som va otroligt god från bistron."
"Huone oli törkyinen. Lakanoissa oli pinttymiä kuten myös tyylyliinoissa, lavuaari oli likainen, vessanpytty oli likainen. Huoneessa ei ollut erikseen käyttöpaperia. Vesi oli likaista ja suihkusta tuli vain jäätävän kylmää vettä. Wifi lakkaili toimimasta kokonaan aina välillä.
Hyviä asioita, aamupala oli ihan ok ja kun kuului hintaan oli kiva. Tv toimi moitteetta joka oli iso plussa. Paljon ruokapaikkoja ympärillä, ilmaiset vesipullot huoneisiin kuului hintaan. Henkilökunta vaikutti mukavalta ja...
"Charles Rahim loved the Emerald Biytique Hotel in legazpi because it was easy to park the car at, included a buffet breakfast and wasn't crowded. The rooms are slightly smaller but it still has everything. The staff are good. The hotel is within walking distance to Jolibee and its located in a side street off the main road which makes parking easier. No real view but liked it."
"Room was spacious however, it was dusty and has a musty smell. Not well maintained. Wifi is just in public areas. Staff are helpful and the restaurants served good food. "
