"The room is very small, and the walls were dirty. I was placed in a room for a person with disabilities, even though I am not disabled, and I was not informed about this in advance. The room didn’t have a toilet seat, and the shower was неудобный, which was very surprising to me. When I went to the reception to ask what the problem was and why there was no toilet seat, I was told that it was a room for disabled guests as all other rooms are not available. I was quite surprised that I had been given such a room without any prior notice or confirmation, especially since I had booked the hotel in advance. Seeing my dissatisfaction, they offered to change the room, but I no longer felt like moving. Moreover, the hotel does not have an elevator, and I would have had to carry my suitcase up the stairs to another room, as the standard rooms are located on the upper floors. She wasnt interested. Asked if the bar was open. Was told it was, but nobodybwas manning it. I didnt have time to stand around and wait as we had an early mroning flight. Had 2 kids with me who went to bed thirsty. Staff were poor. Ordered a transfer for early morning which turned up prompt. "
