"Dogs stay free"

"The location of this hotel to the University, restaurants and shops was excellent. The property was relatively clean. While the bed was comfortable, the couch in our room had multiple large holes and the towels were nearly threadbare. The worst part though was the fan/heating unit that was mounted on the wall. It would go off approximately every 10 minutes, was loud, and blasted the bed with air making it nearly impossible to sleep."

"Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was kind and hospitable. The room is nicely remodeled, the bathroom and its showerhead are great. I love that they kept the old hardwood floors and it gives an overall very homie feel to the room. The breakfast was better than I expected with lots to choose from and good quality of what was there. "Royal Inn is the closest lodging to Eugene Airport. It is affordable, simple, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. "Outside of hotel looks great. Nice paint, clean. Inside, our room completely smelled of smoke. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. No iron, no blow dryer. Our keys never worked. Not once. Every night I had to go to the office to get a new set of keys programed. The staff was very helpful in assisting us. This would not be my first choice when I return to Eugene."

"Everyone was friendly and the place was really clean! I would definitely recommend staying here. It's accessible and really comfortable and the rooms are pretty big!"

"It was a great place to stay! Loved that it was right next to Taco Bell walking distance. Ubers had an easy time finding us too."

"Seamless, clean, positive staff. Everything as expected."
