"Clean rooms, modern, comfortable bed, convenience store on the first floor, convenient laundry facility. Not convenience location, Uber to train station was between 1100yen to 1800yen one way, they have limited hours on free bus to train station and Disney resorts. For families doing only Disney it was perfect, for families trying to go to Tokyo, Yokohama, Kamakura... It wasn't. We had two fire scares in just one week, tried to get info and the staff didn't want to talk English or gave us info...

"5-10 minutes easy to access, walk from Shinjuku Station is 5 star. The rest are 3 star and below. The hotel is very old. Signs of wear and tear - broken tiles, uneven floor and more, especially at the lobby, bathing and changing area. In the male floor, aircon is working fine with smelling air. Everything inside the capsule in fine but dated. Storage area for bags and luggage is small and messy, no security, risk of loss and damage is very high."
