"The staff were friendly, and the lobby is updated, BUT overall, this is one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at. The pool wasn't working, and the whole facility is aged with little effort on upkeep."

"We were in Nelson for a medical appointment and forgot all of our paperwork! The front desk happily printed quite a large package and when I tried to pay, they refused my money! They were all nice, the room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again!"
"Unique, cute little town where the community makes your stay feel like home and welcoming. Great staff and energy around the community. Very animal friendly, a nice change :) they were also sweet and accommodating. Lived the kitchen and lounge features as well as we felt like we were in a museum, so much to look and learn about.
