"The location was perfect and the lobby and breakfast area was clean and well kept. I enjoyed your staff and our room was cleaned with new towels during our 2 day stay. It was great to have a clean room when we returned from a day of activity. Also enjoyed breakfast and coffee was excellent."

"Room was comfortable and spacious, but nothing exceptional or out of the ordinary. We thought it was a little pricey considering it did not include a breakfast or any other amenities. Also, there was no one there when we arrived about 5pm. We had to call a number posted on the office door, and they told us where to find our key. Not exactly welcoming."

"Quiet location in small town. Stayed for 3 nights while attending the races at Lucas Oil Speedway over Memorial Day weekend. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Everything as described in listing. Well stocked kitchen. Has AC but didn’t need it while there. Reasonable check-out instructions. "
