"It's a tiny room on the 4th floor: 75 steps and no lift. About 90 square feet, plus a shower room and balcony.
The list of amenities was wrong: no separate living room, no TV, no freezer, no toaster.
Very low water pressure, shower took 5 minutes to warm up, then alternated between scalding and freezing, overhead shower won't turn off.
No plug in either sink. Poor quality cooking and dining equipment. Kettle has EU plug not compatible with local power supply.
No cleaning or rubbish...

"The level of cleanliness was shocking, blood stains found on the bed alongside with black marks. Floor hadn’t been cleaned. Mould all in the shower head and down the walls. Melding and my Partner checked out immediately and contacted the team. No one can guarantee a refund even though we did not stay there. Awful customer service and cleanliness. DO NOT BOOK THE PHOTOS ARE MISLEADING. "
