Only really bad experience was the downstairs neighbor had some people over late at night and were loud and some of us weren't able to sleep well due to the noise. Its close to a beautiful lake that has a small dock you can fish from, a few small hiking trails, and a personal apple orchard. "The cabin on Lipsett Lake had everything our family needed for a fun, relaxing time outside in nature and inside the cabin. There were plenty of games, books, puzzles, music, and top notch amenities to make it comfortable and enjoyable inside. Because of the great weather, most of our time was spent on the lake or outside having a bean bag throw competition. The evening was spent outside with a campfire making s’mores. Overall, a wonderful experience for the whole family! "
