"Super friendly staff and helpful. Owner came and greeted us himself upon checking in. Hotel older and dated however family ran and super clean. It was a great experience at a traditional ryokan. Onsen was great and open til 8 AM. Location is far from town, but accessible by local bus. Totally worth the trek, great scenery even tho we missed Mt Fuji due to fog. I guess it gives us a reason to come back. 😊"

"Got there a bit later than expected but my time there was nice the breakfast preparation was super nice and option to rent a bike for a whole day and little souvenir shops around with good food places made me wish I had gotten there sooner, def would go back to hopefully see the mountains better since it rained bad when I went."

"車の都合で奥側の駐車場が利用できない旨をフロントスタッフへ伝えたところ、快く臨時駐車場を案内して頂きました。 嫌な顔せず親切に対応して下さり、大変嬉しかったです。 また利用したい施設です！"

"チェックイン時は非接触型で良かった。 最初同じグループの経営と思われる違うホステルに行き間違えに気がつきすぐに本来のホステルへ行き無事にチェックインしました！ 部屋ですが部屋に台所や冷蔵庫などついている物の調理器具やポット、電子レンジがなく2階に共同の部屋がありそちらに置いてあった。 部屋に書いておくといいかもです。 チェックインの時には2階の共同部屋まで覗かないので。 暖房の付け方もよくわからなかった。 あとは２泊しましたがタオルなどは揃っており 快適でした。 また利用させていただきます。"
