"Close to town for walking distance.
Room needs a makeover fridge needs replacing as very rusty. Could do with a false roof in bathroom as room above you could here when water etc was going through pipe works."
"The property was good looking and amenities need to increase like at least one small handwash and one small soap can be provided to the Visitors. Staff needs to be very responding and quick in services."
"The pet friendly service is greatly appreciated. Overall it was a nice place very easy to find. Unfortunately the sofa lounge in our room smelled strongly of cat urine. The internet does not exist in the rooms you can hook up outside but then as soon as you go in the room- no service!"
"Paid in full through Expedia, apon arrival staff acknowledged booking but said they had no rooms available and were unsympathetic and unhelpful to my family. I am aware that this may be the fault of Expedia but Reef resort completely washed their hands of the issue. Poor customer service."
"Although the rates are cheap theres a reason for that its right next to a busy roadway. You hear everything from spastics doing burnouts at the traffic lights right out the front of the motel to buses amd noisy harleys ripping past if your looking for a restful nights sleep it aint here. Other than that the rooms are on and clean as they say you get what you pay for."
"Not impressed with the service, TV did not function - no satellite. Unhelpful proprieter? - she had no clue I was booked in. Dirty ablutions. Room not bad, with double bed, sink, view to outside and on the verandah. I was the only guest. No tea/coffee, kettle, mug, plates etc. Old microwave. I was told it was a budget room, but I've stayed in much better cheaper rooms. Small parking area at back, but watch for dog doo."
