I took a few naps in the sun in the hammock. The location is great, an easy block to the beach. The only thing we had difficulty with was the gas grill did not heat up sufficiently to cook burgers. The unit is well stocked with eating and cooking utensils/items. All of the fixtures and furniture appeared to be high end and modern.
