"The property was awesome. Very clean, great front desk person. The shuttle, not so much. We had to load our own bags, after our flight, and they rolled everywhere. The guy Never helped to load or unload. That was our arrival at night. Then the morning shuttle, again we loaded and unloaded our own bags, while the driver sat there. Very inappropriate. We have taken many a shuttle and the drivers have been VERY HELPFUL. Very disappointing country inn and suites. You need to get less lazy drivers. ....
