"We stayed here due to a procedure needed at a Philly hospital. It was more complicated, and we had to call to ask for extra checkout time. They really didn't work with us and only wanted to sell us an extra room stay. They gave us until 12:00 PM. Wow, so generous. We pushed the hospital and were released early. We arrived back at the hotel about 11:20 AM and found our keys were disconnected. Of course, we received a fake apology, but it left a poor taste in our mouths"
