"We really enjoyed our stay. Owners on the property and very responsive to our needs. We encountered a health crisis at the end of our stay and they were very helpful. Location was excellent. No need to rent a car. Everything within walking distance."

Enjoyed walking into town, boating out on the bay, excursions to nearby beaches, dinners in and around Punta Gorda, and often just relaxing by the pool in this spacious home with expansive views of the pretty canals. Homeowner Greg was very responsive and accommodating when necessary. Loved our time there!! "

The lanai, pool and hot tub were extremely clean and we made use of them every day. Andy, the property manager, was very responsive to any questions we had.
