"The place is cute and right downtown. We did have a few negative experiences: - After an 8 hour drive it took us about 30ish minutes to find parking in the lot. - The door codes worked sporadically and we needed to request help after several attempts. - the adjacent room was incredibly loud, after arriving back to the hotel after 11PM. I reached out to the front desk, with no response for over 20 minutes. My son knocked on the guest’s door, and was met with an incredibly rude / mocking...

"The room was not clean upon arrival. The tub and toilet were dirty, and the room felt very small and poorly maintained. Overall, the property needs better housekeeping and upkeep."

"It is definitely not a high end spa, our room needed some love ..new toilet seat, the backing on the drapes was missing, the upper lock/latch on our door had been busted but never replaced . If you are just looking for a quick get away to enjoy the pools and relax I would recommend Desert Hot Springs spa. The staff was very nice."

"We had an amazing time there was a lot of things/activities to do, keep the kids busy and away from their phones. Very clean, friendy staff and I love that's it's pet friendly. It's really a nice place to relax if you want some quiet time away from the city. My only concerns were the bunk beds (top) does not have railings which is not safe for kids and I believe they're offering like a day pass or open for people whose not staying in the property to get access of all the amenities so it gets...
