"They made me take a room that was not cleaned. There were hair in the bed and under the sheets when I checked in. There is no wifi. No toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. And the lady at reception was upset that I was asking for these things. There was hair stuck in the shower drain too which she cleaned when I asked but as for the sheets on the bed, she said I ca cancel my reservation and leave!!
