"An Amazing Stay at Burasari Resort & Spa! I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Burasari Resort & Spa truly exceeded my expectations and deserves to be recognized! From the moment my husband and I arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine friendliness. The staff made an outstanding first impression, and that same level of care and hospitality continued throughout our stay, right up until the very end. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re in paradise. Our room was always spotless, and I loved the thoughtful touches, including the complimentary drinks and chips. The breakfast buffet was another highlight! There was such a wonderful variety of options, including a made-to-order omelette station, pastries, a great selection of sides, fresh fruit, halal options, pasta, and an Indian food section. One of the best parts of our stay was enjoying the spa! Jummy was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of us and handled our spa appointments with a beautiful smile, kindness, and outstanding customer service. What stood out to me most was the people. You can have a beautiful resort, great food, and wonderful amenities, but it’s the people who make the experience unforgettable. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket!"

"Pleasant stay in Deluxe Double Room with Balcony Seaview: This hotel is conveniently located on the beach road and overlooking Patong Beach, with a wide variety of dining and drinking options nearby. It's also just a 10-minute walk from Bangla Road. The swimming pool is located at the front of the hotel and overlooks the road intersection: but I had noticed this on a previous visit to the area, so I was aware of it and it wasn't an issue. Plus, I primarily use hotels as just somewhere to sleep, so I probably wouldn't have used it anyway. My room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was big, but a bit dark (especially for shaving) so the lighting could be improved. I was located on the first floor, so the view from my balcony included a view of the metal roof above the restaurant, but I could still clearly see the beach and the sea. The staff are friendly and helpful: shout out to housekeeping, reception and also the restaurant. My first night of sleep wasn't great, due to the noise of loud music from the passing taxis (tuk-tuk) but I discovered this was due to the sliding door not closing properly and leaving a gap: I informed reception the following morning and they were able to get it rectified quickly. I had no issues with sleeping afterwards and there are no nightclubs in the immediate vicinity, so you don't need to worry about noise from them. Room for improvement: lighting in the bathroom. Overall, a pleasant stay in a nice hotel,"

The security was kind and welcoming, as well as the staff. 7/11 and stores are right around the corner. ps, don’t forget to walk on the beach in the morning, it’s right across the street."
