"Price and checking in was fine.
Our particular room did not have a night lock. No physical pin and rack lock, or secondary flip lock on doorhandle mechanism.
At 8 in the morning, I'm laying in bed, I hear beep and someone is in my damn room. I'm sure a mistake and my comment was a bit curt and filthy.
two things... need night locks and teach staff to knock and wait. "
