The property was amazing. Every condo had a patio that overlooked the Pine Trees. The amenities were great: swimming pool, 2 different Hot Tubs, ping pong, pool table, all the kitchen utensils, etc. Would definitely come back to this resort.

This was just so perfect with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, W/D and kitchen. It was affordable and clean. Staff was so nice. I needef to have a place to work on the day of check out while boys skiing and I was able to pay for another day and continue working. We will for sure be back!!

My 3 friends and I loved the quiet, relaxing homey feeling of the place and the availability of our own comfortable beds.The staff was friendly and had a great sense of humor. We also enjoyed watching the wild life from our balcony. Although we did find a dirty bowl in the cupboard the place was very clean and well kept. We were very disappointed that the pool, hot tub and gym were not available to us at the time but we will all definitely make a return girls trip.

Beautiful, but in construction

The condo was beautiful and clean. Our biggest disappointment, was that there was no wifi, and because of construction, the pool and hot tub were closed. If we had known that, we would stayed somewhere else. Also, the tv didn't have good reception, probably because of no wifi. Otherwise a beautiful place and stay.

The room was clean and nice. The property itself is old and tired. The Jacuzzis were broken and dirty. The sister property Cousy was absolutely filthy. It appears that the maintenance on the property hasn’t taken place for sometime. However the room was clean and nice for the period of our time there.

We like how nice the rooms are and the layout. We have stayed there quite a bit, so now I'm being picky. You could put a scrubbing sponge in the kitchen sink instead of a pad. Also better dish soap. The biggest thing was that there was a lot of black mold in the pool area. On the ceiling, walls, and beams. That was pretty gross. Should get that looked at.

Stay was okay. We had hoped for a cozy living room/kitchen to relax in. Living room furniture was very strange and uncomfortable. No relaxing on the couch. TV reception was very bad as was the internet that we had to pay for. Never really used the internet because it was so bad (kept losing connection), we ended using our phones as hotspots. Kitchen appliances were super cheap and poorly installed and did not go with the decor. Very cold atmosphere in the living room/kitchen. Not at all what the photos portrayed. Bedrooms were much better and bed was comfortable.

Hot Tub? what Hot Tub

Staff was very knowledgeable about the area, things to do, places to eat etc...only drawback was that hot tub was not working and front desk didnt know it and said it would be available by Wednesday evening, IT WAS NOT nor was it when we checked out on Thursday. They did let us go to a nearby property and let us hottub there, but very inconvenient and when we checked in, we were told hottub was working and would be throughout our stay. Before i made my online reservations, i was also told hottub was working and would be during our stay. (I ALWAYS CHECK THIS WHEN WE TRAVEL, I MAKE SURE LODGING HAS A HOT TUB AND ITS IN WORKING ORDER, AND MAKE MY RESERVATIONS ACCORDINGLY) I realize things happen, but was told after they spoke with maintenance that it was SCHEDULED to be down (VERY INTERESTING THAT FRONT DIDNT KNOW AT THE TIME, BEFORE RESERVATION, nor WHEN WE CHECKED OUT...VERY POOR COMMUNICATION) I know its sounds petty, and knitpicky, but its my money and preference.
