"The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and close to the tram line for easy transportation to the city and also Linate Airport. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We needed a late check in due a severe flight delay and they provided clear instructions for us. Great communication. "

"The hotel itself was great. It had a retro feel which we loved and the staff were lovely. However, it seemed we couldn’t leave and re-enter after 10pm as we didn’t get a key to the main door. It also felt quite unsafe outside as there were many men hanging around trying to talk to you as you looked for the entrance. The entrance is quite concealed, so would be useful to be given instructions on how to find it. "
