"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

"I have stayed in some of the most expensive hotels around the country. had to meet up with my son who was staying here along with another 2 groups of friends. I was apprehensive with the cheep price and a 2.5 star rating. I absolutely loved this place and WILL be going back. I met up with the manager who showed me some other rooms that was all amazing.
