"We had to walk through narrow winding steps to the room. If you have a large suitcase, you may have hard time. I expected a local Japanese family to welcome us because I was going to aske some advice and suggestions but it was a Chinese famly. So I did not ask them. Another thing we were not happy about was this Chinese lady asked my husband passport. She made a copy of it. Not only that I had to write my information on the paper and signed it. "管理人のお兄さんの対応は★5です。事前の電話でも施設のことを丁寧に教えていただいたり、子どもにも優しく笑顔で接して下さいます。施設自体は清潔感もあり、トイレなども臭いもなく綺麗にされています。調理棟も綺麗です。ただ、仕方の無いことですが室内のカメムシがあまりにも多すぎる…キャンプなので多少の虫は理解していますが、夜にチェックインしてから就寝までに10匹以上自分で獲って外に追い出してを繰り返し大変でした…。あとは、他の宿泊客が深夜2時過ぎまで屋外の広場で卓球をして盛り上がっており声がうるさく、深夜に何度も起こされました。管理人に確認するとこの施設には消灯時間の決まりがなく、屋外の卓球スペースも24時間利用可能とのことでした。さすがに利用時間を22時までなど制限した方が良いのでは、と思いました。スタッフさんは満点ですが、施設には少し不安点がありました。"
