"The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. "Room met my needs, thank you. Friendly staff. There appears to be a disconnect between Expedia Booking and the Hotel. I requested and was told 'no problem' if I could have a first floor room. They had not record of that request so it was not clear who responded 'No Problem'. Luckily there was a first floor available but this could have been a real bad issue. Second, the place is advertised WITH CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. There is none...just a hotel room coffee maker. This WRONG, literally false...

"I have stayed at this hotel before and it was wonderful. This past stay there was a fire and explosion our first night...the staff handled this horrific event extremely well. Alternate accommodations and meals were provided. Thank you to all the staff. "
