"Good stay at the Pear Tree Inn! Staff were great, calling me as I was arriving late and sending across a AVT invoice quickly (as there is no one there on checkout)! There is no hairdryer in the room - I didn’t realise this until the morning and there was no one downstairs to ask! "

"The room is spacious and was very clean. But, the bedding did not smell fresh. Easy entry using codes. Host was responsive. The front driveway of the property was very dirty. Garbage stacked up against a wall. Lots of noise from vehicles even late at night. I would not recommend for a holiday stay. However, it fit my needs as it is located a short drive from the hospital. "

"Really handy for the overground/ tubes, about 5 mins walk to Enfield Town station. Very clean, fridge was restocked every day. Only downside was the water stopped working on the second day, and the breakfast set up is a bit confusing (probably because of how early we got up so not entirely the venues fault)"

"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

"really stunning beautiful place , your in your own little world there and the clean and care put into the rooms is spectacular! However the area is a bit of a letdown just due to people throwing fireworks and the level of noise but that can’t be helped by the owner and it’s not a reflection on them at all it’s just a shame as it’s such a lovely place to say in itself. "We needed a room to stay in so we could attend a local festival. Had access to a shower and a bed to sleep in, it was all we needed."

"There was a mistake, and our room was not made up when we arrived at the property. However, we immediately got a room upgrade for free, and multiple staff members apologised for the inconvenience. A beautiful place to stay, and well-priced too. Thank you!"

"Property is within a private road, with very limited access to visitors. There are a couple of visitors' parking spaces, but those were occupied when I arrived, so I had to park in the nearby public car park. This was free after 6pm, but I had to leave before 9am the next morning to avoid being charged for parking. Other than that, my stay was fine - room was clean and comfortable, and shared bathroom was not an issue, as I think I was the only guest that night."
