"A gem of a place. Room was 100% and the breakfast kept me going all day. Location is 150 metres away from the main street. I now know where I am stopping next time I am in Paignton. Very highly recommended."

Room had small fridge and microwave which was ideal for me, was advised private bathroom but was sharing with 2 others, not happy about that but otherwise a lovely stay. "Pros: Brilliant price Superb location People are lovely If the limited onsite parking is full, there is parking nearby Cons: The bar was very noisy on my 2nd night and a number of children left to run around the hotel. Going through the description, there is no mention of having a bar. It would have been better to have this information. The room could have used a fresh coat of paint."
