"This was a beautiful property that was perfect for just my mother and myself plus our two dogs. The backyard is fenced in which was great for frisbee with my girl. The house has all of the amenities you need for cooking and general comforts. Maintenance was helpful with the AC when we first arrived as it wasn’t cooling the first two days (thought it couldn’t keep up bc of the 100 temps), but quickly fixed it. House is super close to the beach access which was a plus as walking was preferred....

"The house is set beautifully with the best ocean views from the balconies, especially the top one! The beach out front is quiet and is teeming with life. "This home had EVERYTHING that we needed to entertain our family and friends. Communication with the property manager was excellent from the beginning. The home is LOVELY! The 2 refrigerators came in very handy with a large crowd. We had a personal chef one evening and they had a great time cooking in the high end kitchen with plenty of room. Everything was in walking distance or a very short drive. We are already looking at dates for 2026 to return to this amazing home. "

Food under the beds, dirty bath mats, area around pool not swept, trash cans outside absolutely full . We had nowhere to put out trash until the Tuesday pick up four days after we arrived. "My room did not have a beach view, next to the ice machine and microwave room, which people used at 2 am. The bed was really comfy, and room was spotless. Beautiful plush pristine white bath towels. Room had a musty damp smell. Ladies in the front office and cleaning staff are all very sweet."
