"My stay overall was good. The only problem was the single rooms are very small. It said there was no wifi in the bedrooms. But I did have wifi and I was on the third floor. "

"No issues, it’s self check in and the instructions were easy to follow. Room was very small but perfect for what I needed which was just a bed and somewhere to shower in the morning. Clean compact space, looked recently decorated. Not a huge amount of room to get around in, couldn’t get all the way around the bed if the bathroom door was open for example, not a complaint for me at all but think it’s always handy to read about what you’re booking! No wardrobe but there is a clothes rail above...

"Superb stay - all the staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. Room was comfortable and clean - nice touch having water and biscuits. Breakfast was excellent - very well cooked . A few spaces for parking outside but we also found street parking easily enough nearby. Very handy for the pier, orme & promenade - all about 5 mins walk. Would definitely stay again."

"Staff were friendly breakfast was nice fresh fruit daily just about had a sea view four poster bed was good bit too pink could do with a new mattress and there were long dark hairs in the shower Decor is a bit dated more geared towards the slightly older generation but as a whole a pleasant stay and good exercise being on the top floor I would recommend it to other people "

"Excellent guest house with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fresh and nicely prepared, the staff helped us plan our day in Conwy better. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Will definitely recommend and stay again."

"What an amazing place this is!! Not only is the setting beautiful, the rooms are spotless and spacious but most of all the staff are just fabulous!! We travelled as a family to stay whilst my 11 yr old son completed the National 3 peaks and they were judt amazing with him! They made a fuss and were so wonderfully welcoming!! We will most definitely return soon ❤️ "
