"I like that it is in front of the beach. Facility wise, it is not comfortable. The lift is broken, rusty toilet rails, dusty floor. Breakfast is not appetizing and feels like not a hotel vibe servings. Limited like very limited foos choices. Not a continental breakfast as advertised. Pantry/bar is not useable. Room cabinets were misaligned and loose when opening. Fan in the room is dusty. Staff were not helpful, not hospitable except with the English/Welsh male staff. At least he was there to...

But The bins outside by the pods wasn't emptied the whole time we was there and was overflowing, luckily we bought some bin bags so we could leave a bin bag to insure our rubbish didn't fly everywhere etc,
Also I just feel a small fridge or something would be really beneficial as there's a kettle and microwave but no where to store milk or anything,"

As for the caravan, it probably needs a overhaul. My Granddaughter was constantly getting stuck in the small bedroom, as the handle needed replacing/mending. Both the single bed mattress springs were showing through the material, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. No extra bedding as I was very cold at night with just a very thin (4.5 tog duvet) the other duvets were a lot thicker.
Carpet in the living area was filthy.
Paid for 3 days WiFi but...
"Lovely room with a view. Owners very welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast you couldn't fault great choice hot and cold.
A lovely terrace outside to sit with a drink and admire the view, also a communal lounge.
Great location, only downside is you have to look for parking but we managed to find a spot."
"We can see from the hotel that the owners have not long took over. the room was clean and had enough room to move about.
The windows need another curtain as we had to pin the middle curtain down to block out the light.
The bathroom has be updated .but the shower cubicle could do with an extra clean in the corners .
The kettle could do with being put higher as I had to get on my knees to brew up lol.
And lastly the bed was very comfy but please add a few more pillows as the ones that were there...
"Lovely little hotel. We enjoyed a simple one night stop over during a walking weekend. Our little twin room was very quirky with original Victoria beds which gave Bednobs and Broomsticks vibes. The room and bathroom were both clean and tidy, and breakfast was just the right size to fuel us for another morning's walking. Great value for money!"
"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the tv remote control had been broken by the previous guests, so we were unable to watch tv. The owner told us she had ordered a new one and it arrived on the Saturday afternoon. She brought it up to our room straight away and ensured it was all working. The breakfast was excellent on both mornings. The guest house is an old building, with wooden doors, that do require updating and the furniture in the rooms is of low quality. Our room...

"This was a lovely find. So relaxing and the spa was amazing and free to use throughout our stay plus a great gym . Gorgeous woodland walks with sea view. If you want to unwind and relax this is the place .

"Nice setting and very clean. Unfortunately, the property wasn't equipped for the hot weather. Luckily, we brought our own fan, as the place became very warm. For the price we paid, I would have expected at least a couple of fans to be provided. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but this is something that could definitely be improved."
"The room was basic but clean and a great location. There is no parking and it did take about an hour to find parking which was 24 hours. It was a Bank Holiday though so it was busy. The walls were not sound proof so we could hear other people coming and going and playing loud music from their rooms and that made it hard to sleep properly. "
