No facilities in the room - no kettle or hairdryer and only had a plug socket on one side of the bed. The rooms were clean and beds were firm but comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds and having connecting rooms was a positive. Overall it served a purpose for our stay in Lille but would probably spend a bit more and stay somewhere...

"Upon arrival the owner met us and unlocked the front door to reception, not friendly at all, we were told restaurant was available only for breakfast which was too late for us as we were catching a ferry. We were told to always use the back door for access, as front door would be locked, strange for a hotel, but the most annoying thing was the look on her face , she looked at us like we were a piece of dirt from under her shoe, unbelievably rude to say the least. Stay away! Nice area, but not...
