"Room was clean. We stayed in a pet friendly room so the carpets were stained in places but generally clean. Good value for money."

When we checked in, there was an issue with the a/c unit and instead of giving us a room that had a working ac, we found out the entire 2nd floor was without ac. We checked in late and they could've put us on a different floor but I think miscommunication with staff made the problems worse. No fans were avail either so we spent the night drenched in sweat. "The hotel is a bit far out from the shops so unless you’re reasonably fit , you might need a car. Our room was large an good sized en suite. The other problem I would point out is that, iagain if you’re struggling with walking ,or require the aid of a stick or other walking aid there’s a lot of stairs to reach some of the rooms. My husband did struggle with them. Ideal for a one night stop over."
