"Look, if you're just looking for a place to crash/sleep when visiting Williamsburg and aren't too picky, or a "Karen", this place will suffice. Otherwise, you may want to look elsewhere. The property overall does not match the outside façade or lobby. The room was typical hotel "meh"...nothing exceptionally good OR bad about it. The "Continental" breakfast ended up just being orange juice and coffee. But the only real, legitimate complaints I can offer are that the pool water desperately...

"We really liked this hotel! It's bright, clean, good breakfast with large variety, and exceptional staff. It's not fancy but at this price, that's not the point. A bus load of students arrived when we did, which made us question how much sleep we'd get. We didn't hear a peep! We would definitely stay again!"

"Spark is a nice mid level hotel. The rooms are small and hard to maneuver in. When we walked into the room the cleaning crew left a bottle of cleaning chemicals on a side table that I did not notice at first, I don’t have a small child but if I did I would’ve been concerned. And our A/C rattled so loud it would wake me . Prolly won’t stay there again"

"In the center of Williamsburgs activities- outlets and more. Nicely maintained b property. Spacious rooms and very clean. Nice indoor pool. Breakfast was good, although we got caught up with a large bus of students, so most of the food-eggs, yogurt, bread were gone by 8:40. Staff was helpful although I'm NOT a fan of wearing ear buds when servicing customers - (check in & out), (I'm a teacher and this irks me since you never know if they are fully attentive). Overall, a pleasant experience...
