"Read the other reviews and you will see this hotel will try and overcharge you. They never picked up the phone whenever I called them and never responded to any of the messages. Apparently they changed ownership and the previous owners had really low prices which the new owners would not honour. Even when hotels.com called them to dispute the higher prices they wanted to charge me the hotel never picked up the calls. "The staff on reception were 5 star. Very polite and helpful , and always there with our key waiting to welcome us back in. The apartment itself was large and very clean, only gripe for me is the curtains do not block out street lights if your room has one outside. Its in a quiet residential area. The walk into the historic centre takes 10 15mins. Its uphill for 2 blocks on the way back. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our week here whilst exploring Cusco and surrounding areas. "
