I travelled with my family and our stay at Ureta was our favourite because the staff were so kind and helpful! It was our first time travelling to Peru and they answered so many of our questions. The location is great and was a 10 min drive to the city center! Our rooms were very clean and we enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel!

This hotel was amazing, they welcomed us with a coca tea to help with elevation. This hotel was a humble , clean and very attentive. The security of the hotel was amazing as well, I felt extremely safe. Breakfast was included and it was huge and tasteful, extremely filling. I loved this hotel and how they made us feel. We will definitely return.

Very helpful and friendly staff even when using google translate they were very friendly and helpful. Room was fine for the price on a busy holiday. Neighborhood is a bit rough but a safe 20 min walk to Plaza de Armas.

The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. He was helpful as we were trying to get our luggage from another company. He personally took our orders for breakfast. He was kind and welcoming. The hotel was very nice and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

We had great stay at the hotel. We were family of 4 with 3 adults and 1 child age 16. Breakfast in the morning was freshly made and tasty. Overall great experience. The rooms don't have AC or heater but we were able to get portable heater for night.

This hotel is was very welcoming. The people that run it puts alot of love and care into their clients. The breakfast was very filling and excellent everyday. We even got a pre packed breakfast for the early morning departure to Manchu Pichu. Thr family was very kind to our children and gave some good recommendations to some great restaurants near by. Keep in mind you are still a 20 min walk from the Center of Cusco but worth the time, the hotel is perfect.
