"Fue una experiencia desagradable, ni siquiera nos esperaban, me dijeron que aun no inauguran el hotel lo cual me parece raro porque habia visto reseñas del lugar, nos quisieron hacer creer que me estaban haciendo un favor al darme la habitación que reserve, no me fui a otro hotel porque todo estaba lleno en otros hoteles en la zona. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. Host responded quickly to a small problem we had with the safe, which was much appreciated. "We really enjoyed our stay and loved the neighborhood and the apartment. The security staff were all very friendly and greeted us whenever we came and went. Communication was really good with the Naya Rep on VRBO, but then they provided me with a phone number of a local concierge for any other needs and that person didn’t respond when I asked for more towels. We had 4 bathing towels and 1 pool towel provided for the week for a family of 4, so more pool towels should’ve been given. That is really...
