"We booked in for a quick overnight before catching the ferry. I tried to contact the property several times to get a room change or add a cot to our room. My calls and messages were never returned. "Everything was very good except the check-in process. The chalet is beautiful set in the forest. Has a wonderful large lounge with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the forest and very comfy seating. The room was great. Although a pr of comfy chairs to sit by the wonderful fire would be welcome addition. The only stressor was checking in before arrival.
